JIM CORBETT SAFARI INFORMATION
Ask about authorised elephant experiences for your visit. We’ll check the location, operating conditions and availability before suggesting an arrangement.

SAFARI OVERVIEW
An elephant-safari enquiry needs a different approach from a jeep or Canter booking. Operating sites, visitor allocations and current permissions must be checked for the intended date; a general safari enquiry is not a confirmed ride reservation.
The reserve’s visitor FAQ describes camp-elephant rides with four visitors per elephant and on-site allocation. That guidance is not a live availability list. We will confirm the current location, visitor conditions and whether an authorised experience is operating before proposing a plan.
Tell us who is travelling and any mobility or health considerations. Ask about mounting arrangements, supervision and suitability. Follow the handler’s instructions and do not feed, tease or approach animals independently. A jeep or Canter outing can be discussed if this experience is unavailable.
PREPARE FOR YOUR SAFARI
For reserve visits, carry the original document matching the permit. Confirm the required identification before travel.
Follow your assigned reporting time and point. Confirm pickup separately and allow time for entry checks.
Wear comfortable neutral layers and practical footwear. Bring weather protection, drinking water and essential medication.
Follow your guide or handler, keep a respectful distance and never feed wildlife. Nature does not guarantee sightings.
