JIM CORBETT SAFARI INFORMATION
Explore an approved safari route with a registered driver and guide. Check the duration, seating, permit rules and prices before booking.

SAFARI OVERVIEW
A jeep safari takes a small group along authorised forest routes with a registered driver and nature guide. The open vehicle brings you close to the landscape: sal trees overhead, a clearing beside the track, or movement at the edge of the forest.
Your permit specifies the zone, date and session. Choose around availability and your reporting point; a particular zone or animal sighting cannot be promised. Dhikala does not issue ordinary day-jeep permits: its day visitors use the conducted Canter service, while overnight visits have separate arrangements.
Each outing follows the forest authority’s approved routes and seasonal timings. Share your group size, children’s ages and pickup location so the permitted vehicle and transfer arrangements can be checked before you confirm.
PREPARE FOR YOUR SAFARI
For reserve visits, carry the original document matching the permit. Confirm the required identification before travel.
Follow your assigned reporting time and point. Confirm pickup separately and allow time for entry checks.
Wear comfortable neutral layers and practical footwear. Bring weather protection, drinking water and essential medication.
Follow your guide or handler, keep a respectful distance and never feed wildlife. Nature does not guarantee sightings.
