About Bijrani Zone.
Forest Stay Details.
Bijrani combines sal forest, open grasslands and waterways within Corbett Tiger Reserve. Its changing habitats make it an appealing setting for a forest stay, with both shaded woodland and more open views along authorised safari routes.
Entry is through Amdanda Gate. The zone’s accommodation includes Bijrani and Malani forest rest houses, which are separate properties. Confirm which rest house is allocated rather than assuming that a Bijrani-zone booking guarantees a particular building or room.
The landscape supports tigers, elephants, sloth bears and many birds. A patient outing can reveal smaller details as well as larger animals, but sightings cannot be promised. Guides and forest staff determine where visitors may travel and the times for returning to camp.
Dining facilities are listed at the Bijrani compound; arrangements can differ at other accommodation. Check meals, room facilities, power availability and transfers for the property actually reserved. Night stays follow seasonal permissions, which are separate from the zone’s day-safari opening schedule.
